New construction town houses coming to historic West End neighborhood
Nashville is continuing to grow and bring in new construction at a swift pace. New plans have been announced by JJB Properties LLC of Franklin and Split Rock Development of Nashville who will be partnering to develop a seven-unit town house project in one of the last remaining lots in the historic West End Park area.
It will be located at the corner of Long Boulevard & Avoca Street.
The partners paid approximately $850,000 for the lots at 3116 and 3118 Long Blvd. The row houses are expected by Split Rock to be in the upper $500,000 each. In a separate arrangement Split Rock has plans for an additional 8 town houses with contracts that will be closing in November for the same lot on the Avoca Street side. In addition to this, these partners are developing a similar project on Hayes Street. It will be a three story residential building with six luxury row houses, each with its own rooftop terrace.
Split Rock has developed around 100 residential housing units in Nashville including 12th South, Sylvan Park and Green Hills and started only 5 years ago.
This project isn’t the only exciting new build in Nashville. If you are interested in any of these homes and need a realtor, I can be at your assistance. Contact me and we will get the ball rolling!
